Who says beautiful acropora has to be 200 dollars for a 1" piece. I picked up this beauty from Pets warehouse in April of this year. It looked like a regular milli but i love millis and asked the guy where he got it from. He told me it was a wild piece that hadnt colored up yet. Well i bought it for 15 bucks and a club discount which made it 13 with tax :) for a 1" piece of acro i thought was pretty good. Well i put it in my tank behind my "joe the coral" colony and forgot about it. Well 2 weeks ago i turned my pumps off and looked at it from the top of the tank because you can see the TRUE colors of all the coral and look what it has turned into :) I would say if any of these other "top" SPS dealers would have got this peice it would have cost a nice chunk of change for a frag. Just thought id share and keep your eyes out for true beautiful SPS

Found this on the bottom of a liverock tub. Showed just brown and it's coloring up by the day. The green/yellow polyps are striking

The second, turaki? Maybe was outside of water for hours and hours outside and I thought it was dead. 5 days later I'm getting PE and some blue tips and blue base. Time will tell.

This is my favorite part of SPS keeping. I love buying an ugly duckling that has potential and turning it into a beauty like that milli.
