I have used kick-ich with some success - only real (good) remedy is QT system or hypo salinity.

bad advice, doesn't work and it stresses the fish.

plus, your not taking care of the problem of the eggs and larvae that are already present in the tank. They will just re-attack the fish again with it more stressed from the dip.

The ICH parasite lives under the skin. Dips don't help.

Also, as tosiek said, there are eggs in the system that you aren't getting rid of. You're just delaying the inevitable (which is a QT setup).
