Give me your opinions on rockwork and what I should add to it (getting fish and a clean-up crew on Friday)

IMO if your going to put the tank next to a wall. i would color the back part of the tank black. or u can just do a wall cover with the rocks. just like how i did with my 55G instead the rocks in my tank are covers on the sides.

Yeah I'm thinking those and a firefish goby and some other gobies and a shrimp

Goby,clown fish,
I would do these fish but get the rare ones ;-) I was thinking of something like this ........ Besides my 90g that has what I call the regular fish that every body has, I was going to do a 40 breeder with some rare clowns and goby and rare corals ;-) let's see if the options here can inspire both of us lol.

How about
1 Tailspot Blenny
1 Purple Firefish Goby
1 Cleaner Shrimp or 1 Fire Shrimp
1 Pink Streaked Wrasse
2 Ocellaris Clownfish

or

1 Bicolor Blenny (add last once other gobies below are settled)
1 Yellow Watchman Goby or 1 Hi Fin Goby
1 Red Banded Pistol or 1 Tiger Pistol Shrimp
1 Sixline Wrasse (some says 30g or above, but they only grow 3" anyway)
2 Ocellaris Clownfish

Oh yea, btw, you need a Refractometer if you're going to keep it a 20 gallon. Sometimes Hydrometer's fail on you, and your tank can get ugly. Also, have a bottle of RO water always ready cuz evaporation is going to be a b*tch. Other than that, do an occasional water testing here and there. You're good to go :) Hope my suggestion helps
