No Awi. Just a little light on heaters right now. Still have the solana up and running, waiting for pickup, + Holding tank + Daughters 6gal reef + mixing bucket heater = No extra heaters. LOL.
I figure it will be the end of January before fish or corals.

Thank everyone. It's coming along. I dont really want to post any sump pics yet. It's kinda ghetto right now. I just wanted to start the cycle. Which I'm proud to announce has statred. As of yesterday
Ammonia 1.0
Everything else 0
I'm going with the raw frozen food in a vented ziplock bad + special blend approach.
Anybod that has exp. cycleing with dry rock. I would love to hear how it went for you.

No Mike. Its not cleared up yet. I have decided not to sweat it though.
I will post some more pics. But it's reall just an empty cloudy tank right now LOL

I plugged it in for a day and it skimmed out what was added so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

O.K. So I am 2 weeks into my cycle and my readings are
Amonia 1.0
Nitrite .50
PH 8.2
Nitrates 0
The params have been stalled at these readings for about a week.
I never cycled with DRY ROCK (from BRS)
Is this normal?
I added some special blend last night. Hoping to see some changes in the next few days.
LMK what you think.
I want to avoid having a cycle stall.
I also have been adding a combo of mysis and flake every few days
