The sro xp3000sss , is the the one? I've been looking at this myself. Its rated for about 340 gallons. don't you think it will be overkill for your setup?

2 bangai cardinals
2 clowns
2 blue green chromis
1 purple firefish
1 six line wrasse
1 royal gamma
1 clown goby

And hopefully i can get me
1 achilles tang
1 powder blue

That is awesome, I am curious how the Achilles and powder blue get along, its a dream of mine to keep them together in my personal tank.

Lmao i used alot of live rock from my old system

As well seeded it with some sand from the old sandbed
And some water from the 60 gallon

This isnt my 1st rodeo :lol2: done this many many times :biggrin:

Ok...so I was wrong...it didn't take until 2050 for this build to see water...but it will take that long to get color/growth under those T5's. rotflmao :lol2::sgrin:

I think im gonna have to return it unfortunately cause i do not want to drill any holes in the new fixture. What a great wife...

Nice man! Why don't you use magnets or double sided tape? I wouldn't drill a minty fresh ATI either but those Reef Brites are so snazzy

Mean the color will def. not be coming from the leds lmao

Shook magnets wont work i wouldnt trust them i wpuld have to superglue one inside the fixture and one to the mountin legs. Since magnets dont work on aluminum

Why wouldn't you just drill the fixture. It's two tiny holes. My old one was drilled, once I removed the led strip it looked fine, barely noticeable.

I mounted my led with the stock hardware.

Your crazy if you don't mount that strip. The added pop is nuts. If your ever remove the strip they make
Plugs you can use to fill the holes. Never know they were there.
