Finally Almost done with my peninsula

I"m almost done.. waiting on a overflow box.
and Not sure if i should Drill my refugium or get an Nano Overflow box ?









This tank is gonna be for my SEXY SHRIMPS..




Then comes the Refugium.. Which i want to be seen . I love watching the Pods,and Critters. Just don't know if

i should Drill ahole for the flow or get an overflow box for it ???




Sump..I'm gonna have drinage go into this OLD sump i had that i cut in half.
will have rubble rocks and in bottom a filter pads.





and the end of sump will be my ATO box

With all that going on, I'd go with a drilled overflow rather than one that relies on a siphon...

Looks like an interesting build. I think someone mentioned it before but I too would drill that tank. You wont wanna deal with the overflow. Just make sure to to get some type of strainer there, you don't want macro getting into the plumbing.

Now the plumbing isn't glued yet . I have too drill an
?hole for the internal overflow box..

Question what size hole should i drill for a tank
24x 16x12 which will be my refugium tank ??

Almost done with gluing the Pipes...

Got a Question do you think i can get away with this . The over flow box , output Bulkhead i don't want to glue it for easy removal. I put Teflon tape . what do you think ??

That last pic please dont tell me you used just teflon tape.... Remove it get rid of the teflon and prime and glue it. Be worry free....

With all of you hard work why chance it, setup looks great very detailed

Some bulkheads are threaded inside and you can screw a fitting onto it using teflon tape. If the bulkhead you're using is a slip fitting, you need to prime and cement your pvc to it. Using teflon tape on a slip fitting is asking for huge problems.
