Considering going w a ca reactor. I’ve used esv for years and had decent results but I think the reactor would be more stable in the long run and more cost effective over time in the new tank based on water volume and how much two part I’d have to dose

Both have there pros and cons. Most likely you will need to dose something for alk even with the reactor.
