Thanks Pedro, last time a fish was added was last Sunday because he was sent as replacement for DOA from 3/2/07.

That is why I posted the question to the "Tang Patrol". I want to know if 4 tangs in a 155 Bow is OK. Hopefully they will chime in. I have had multiple tangs before without problems. As a matter of fact I had 2 pt for months in the same tank without issue. Jon now has the smaller of the two.
As to the tangs, that is exactly why I want to add all 3 new ones at the same time. In a attempt to confuse the single pt that is in the tank now.

Wow, thats a lot of dead fish in such short time..

It certainly is. I had never had such a nightmare as this. I believe what happened is that the old fish were establishing their territories, when I introduced the new ones. I did witness the original bluesided wrasse go after each and every single new wrasse. And the 1damsel would join him in the attacks.
The only one that stood it's ground was the other bluesided, and it is still in the tank. I added the 1 wrasse replacement on Sunday, and no one bothered it.
I didn't loose any of the shrimps so I feel confident that it was not the water. I would think that if something was wrong with the water the shrimps would have been the first to go.

Awilda the tank looks great!! I have to see it with my own 2 eyes one day!!

It would be my pleasure to show off.:wink1: Anytime, just let me know.

Well guys, I believe the mystery of what has been happening with the missing fish is solved. I noticed the last of the wrasse were missing.
They are in the overflows, and I have no idea  on how to get them out.

Anyone??

Oh man that sucks... The only thing I can think of is remove the canopy, remove the standpipe, get up on a ladder and try to net it out. It man help to maybe throw some food on top so he comes up to the surface but he may be too smart for that. My lawnmower blenny use to go in there all the time but eventually makes his way into the sump where I can easily net him up. I don't know how big your wrase is.

Well, happy to report Slama's Bluesided is smart enough to jump back into the tank on it's own:thrash:. Now lets see if the other one will follow suit:irked:. I'm still done with any, and all flying, jumping fish. NOt worth the hassle, and stress.

Thank you all for the most kind words.

Would you believe the yellow tang was terrorized for an entire week by the purple tang. The pt totally ripped the yt's fins apart, and his sides as well took an awful beating. Poor guy stayed in a cave for a week. He would come out grab a little piece of food, and no matter where the pt was he would race over to yt. But I have to give it to the yt, he is one tough fish. He hung in there, he healed really good, and now he is always out in the open as you can all see. To bad the pbt wasn't even a 10th as strong.
