Alrighty then, well the owner has now just gotten back to me. He told me, as of now the tank is on rush. The 5 weeks behind they are now will make my tank delayed still but only 2 weeks not the 5 weeks they originally told me. Also willing to compensate me for a few things that happened due to the delay. I dont know what he has in mind but im waiting to from him again about it. So No def due dae but he said in 3 weeks it will be complete so im guessing May 6th

Ah man!!! Sorry to hear that. I saw that thread on RC a few days ago...cant believe that would happen. I guess you have to try to call your CC company and hope for the best.

That really sucks nick. I hope everything works out for you. I would try your CC company and explain them the situation and that you paid for in january but you never recieved the tank. I would also recommend talking to a lawyer.

If you still have your 180 set that up again instead of buying a new tank.

Id definitely contact a lawyer. If your credit card company cannot assist you, you should be able to bring a lawsuit against the tank builder, you paid him to do something he didn't do, did you sign any agreement? don't give up on it. In the mean time you can drill the 120 for an overflow.
