i need to get more coral fast lmao but im tryin to be patient=P

well i had a little problem i came back from my 3 day AC mini vacation and my tank was disgusting. i had brown algae all over the rocks were brown im like WTF.... it came to be that the phosban reactor went crazy and pushed alot of the phosban up and into the tank so i had to redo it again.. and clean up the rock. i also forgot about the sponge in the skimmer which was packed with crap and i removed that one to. everything is alive and happy thankgod.. and rocks were scrubbed nice and clean yesterday...

suckz i hope the sps are alright=P, my tank is good really good getting better everyday, i get a nice invert package tomorrow i can't wait (once again check out my diary to see pics). Also my mandarin is doin great she really controls my pods, i see her poop on a daily basis and she looks alot better then in the LFS. i still find pods here and there but hey tony if u want to borrow my mandarin for a little while im more then happy it would give my tank time to mature a bit more. she's very pretty and friendly she actually comes up to me on a daily basis and flirts=P also i stick my hand in my tank alot and she isn't really that scared of it and isn't to hard to catch as she actually don't swim away as i try to touch her.

I have grown to love her and as soon as i see her degrading i will buy tiger pods.

Also i have a question on how u acclimate corals i hear some people just temp them and throw them in??? also do u leave the light off for the first day only or after the first day u only have it on for 4 hours and increasing slowly?

I just dip them and glue them in I don't even temp acc. only if the water is colder then my tank water. I don't change my lighting schedule when I put a coral in. most corals that we get from other reefers are usually very hardy.

ok guys so the changeover is going to be happening tom. I'm getting my eheim pump today and my sump is ready jus waiting the 48hrs for It to dry. the skimmer is coming saturday. I'm changing over the rock work so its angled to the back right o the tank leaving room on the floor for micros and acans. and to get these fish that are hiding lol. I will take pics of the sump and when everything is done..
