I especially like the aquascaping !
You might want to consider getting that damsel out before you add more stuff..they get quite nasty as they get older and it being one of the first fish in there will only make matters worse.

What is your water change schedule (% and frequency) like at this point?

tanks been up for 3 weeks yes i had no choice my stuff was half dead as of now no water changes yet amonia 0 nitrite 0 ph is 8.3 or 8.4 nitrate between 10-20 havent tested for alk cal or mag yet

The tank looks good,you did a good job with the aquascaping but the diatoms are killing you.
