this tank and video IS the ONE and ONLY 450g DT/900g system... the old 450g SYSTEM has been upgraded!Question. That video in your signature, is that of the 450 or this tank? And if its the 450g, then where is the video of this tank?
Actually both fish came from the same LFS...Rick (NYreefNoob) and I each picked up a 'EATING' Regal and social wrasse at GREAT prices I've since seen more longfin wrasses there, and they are only $20...the social wrasse is awesome....had one qt'd at the lfs but some how it ended up in their display..... chance of catching it is slim to none :irked:.
nice score on the regal.

Even better, Rick and I went to his "secret" (you'd never guess) LFS yesterday and scored BIG TIME...will post some pics, later.
I was gonna buy the speakers, BUT, when I realized I could use the $ for a lap dance!!!!!!!tomtoothdoc said:I picture some guys in a cargo van at home depot parking lot driving around selling reef and "high end $5000 speakers for $400---'cause we were making delivery and ended up with an extra pair from the warehouse .......we just want lap dance money for the night"....
had a 7" male Zebra angel w/ streamers... for ....$40!!!!!! Usually see it for $60-$80 or more!
with the 2 femaleS...I originally had a pair, but my female Lamarck angel, quickly outgrew the M Zebra...the Lamarck changed to male, and the M Zebra, reverted to female. So hopefully this much bigger Zebra with be King of the Hill...doesn't matter if Lamarck reverts to female (very little difference in appearance)...I also had/have a Bellus pr....they were separated before the tank upgrade, and the M changed back to F (BUT, the color pattern is wrong)...when I put them back together in the new tank the original F changed to M, so I have a pr., again.curious to see how the male will interact with the female.

Did everyone follow that?
Yeah, hopefully no problems...Zebra will be in QT for a few weeks, then 'acclimation' chamber for a day or 2, so tankmates can see him!so you will have 3 male genicanthus angels? i suppose you tank may be big enough.
Thank you ... I know that's a lot of reading! I'm thinking it may be time for a 'cliff notes' condensed version!Just finished going through your entire thread. Awesome tank. Great job!!!!
Yeah, the yellow and 1 purple have been together for 6 years, the second purple was added in June when they all went into the new tank. They are best friends...always swimming together, don't seem to bother anyone. Those purple and yellow tangs getting along?
the stand was built with 2X4s and with six 4X4s for legs, with a plywood top. The side 'skins' and shelves are 1/2" oak.Hey albano for the stand did u use plywood to build the stand for ur 650g?
