I love T5s... I wish I have your light.. ATI seems more powerfull and brigth.. hopefully soon I can upgrade but for now I am more than happy and corals like that light..

your tank is crazy too.. I am waiting for the pics tonight man..

I would say (I can be wrong) couple of moths or yrs ago lol,TEK was one of the best light system.. now ATI is taking over...

Vitamin C Sodium Ascorbate

After spending some time with James (Educator) and seeing how well his tank is doing, I decided to give it a try. so I started yesterday dosing some of this vitamin C - lets just hope for the best ;0) (crossing my fingers that I don't crash my tank)

Hope you read the threads on RC and have the formula down. I do 1/4 teaspoon a day and .6 ml of vodka daily.

I did but I am dosing 1/4 tsb twice a day .. That based on the formula i found on RC
is it too much ?
I am not dosing anythig else

nah, thats not too much. i just do 1/4 cause im doing vodka as well.

I really like your tank and the rockwork. And I'm jelaous of the lack of the big&bulky overflow How is your tank doing with vit.C? I started dosing about the same time as James and it proved to be a great addition to my tank. Since I upgraded to 57g I made a DIY biopellets reactor so I'll keep you updated how it works compared to vit.C.

thanks man... well the big n bulky overflow is the perfect place to glue some sps... ..

unfortunately It didnt have the same effect...I actually had a cyano bloom.. so I stopped dosing... my corals werent bad before dosing I just want them to grow faster and look better but what I found out ..and im still testing ..it seems my corals love high alk...like close to 11...cuz they ll are colorful now..

mmm pls let me know how the DIY biopellets does... i hear a lot of good things about it

New SWC skimmer: It is A beast... Thanks to Alan (reefcreations) <O:p</O:p
New TEK System: in white lol... I decided to paint it white to match with the stand and I am pretty content with the result.<O:p</O:p
LEDs: After seeing Chinatown’s thread decided to contact RapidLEDs .. <O:p</O:p
I decided to put 10 of them in one strip.. Too powerful that hurts my eyes. I might remove some.. and decided to use one of my powerbrites as moonlight for just few minutes <O:p</O:p
