Those clowns look great Mike! any luck with them hosting the anem? ive got 2 ocellaris clowns and i just got a speckled green bubble anem and they dont seem very interested.

Also how big is their tank and was there a reason they earned their own? haha

Hi Checksix, Thank you bro. Yeah, they hosted it right away, the first night. The tank I have them in now is a 20 gallon frag tank. I put them in there because I have two platinum clowns with a rose bubble in my main tank. I really didnt want to take the chance with them fighting. I know If I had a problem, I wouldnt be able to get them out (to many hiding places)

Wow plats thats awesome! Is there anything you can to do persuade the clowns into the anem? also how large is your anem? lol sorry for all the questions

NO Problem, To be honest though, I really dont know how to persuade them in. My anemone in my 210 is about 15in across. The anemone in the frag tank is about 10in across. Its a funny thing, when I had my 92 corner my clowns wouldn't host my anemone. They would host my fuzzy mushrooms instead. So I went as far as printing a picture of two clowns hosting an anemone and taped it to the front of the tank. Needless to say, my family laughed quite a bit but they did host shortly after. I am not saying it worked but they did host the next week :scratchch

That is amazing! really makes you think haha. im guessing my BTA is a little too small at the moment as its only about 4.5 inches across. but im not gonna lie, I might try out your tactic hahaha

Hi Russ, Thank you very much. I almost made it to your place the other day with Dave, but I had to take my daughter on a play date. I hope to get to you soon. Dave is still talking on how much stuff you guys have there (anything and everything you would want and need for this hobby) The skimmer you gave Daves is Awesome!!!!

Ed, thank you bro. I look forward to you stopping by this week end, I have some frags for you.

my sweet looking fish
i hope they breed for you i am looking for some babys ha ha ha
Hi Guys, I purchased a pair of premium snow flake clowns from Mike at tropical island the other day. I set up a dedicated tank for them plumbed off my main tank. I put in some live rock, a rose bubble anemone and a couple pieces of coral. They seem to be very happy. I love these little guys :)

HI Guys, my cardinal fish decided to breed again. The thing is, I cant catch the dad. I know if I can catch him, he will release the fry. The last batch they had, I was only able to save two of them. I have a tank waiting for them, if I can only get a hold of the parents. I am thinking I will have to wait till the fry are released and try again for the parents during feeding. These are a picture of the dad with the fry in his mouth, and the other is the two baby cardinals from the first batch and the little one from this one.
