How is ph while running your reactor? Are you using kalk?

My ph goes from 7.77 at night to 7.98 during the day going to do something ti bring up ph but not sure what im not to concerned about it

how did you silicone the spaced dividers? I cant get my hand between them! Yours look so neat and even. Whats your secret?

I put the glass where i wanted it used a Sharpie and marked the tank than i put a bead of silicone just in the inside of the line and pressed the glass into the bead i also used a hot glue gun to tack the glass in place

last question...how did you determine the GPH pump for your return on the 90 (I know its been a while)? I have a 75 and am completely lost. Someone here mentioned that if I use my overflow to its full capacity, it will be very noisy. but if I scale it down a bit and use a slower pump I will be happier. Is that true? I will also have 2 MP40s on my 75 so I dont think total GPH is a problem. so confused....

I got a a pump that i thought was a little to big and was gonna throttle it back but it turned out im running it wide open and its not noisy at all i have the aga durso pipe that is adjustable so u can control the hight in the overflow

Its been a while since I posted here my tank took a big hit lost almost all of my sps mainly from an anemone infestation they kept splitting and took over the tank killing all my sps but thanks to mgb75 and jafica I'm on the mend got rid of 23 of those anenomes and I will never put another one in my tank here are some pics after its a shame from where I was but its part of this hobby

Glad to see this tank still running. These little bumps in tge road only seem to make true hobbyists better at what we love. Tank looks great and keep us updated. Btw, I LOVE COME BACKS! LOL

Rbta it all started with one the size of a nickel and it just kept splitting

I'm sorry to see this. I remember I gave those anemones to your buddy when you guys came and picked up some stuff I was selling. That is the exact reason I got rid of all of them. I have always read that the anemones may have been splitting often because of unfavorable conditions. That wasn't the case for these rbta we had. Everyone who has got one of the clones always report them splitting very quickly. Good luck on your come back.
