Happy Mother’s Day to everyone! Enjoy these pictures of an adorable clownfish couple and their batch of babies, taken by Sanjay Joshi in 2008!

“I picked up an odd couple of clownfish from a friend in Denver in February. A black onyx percula female and a black occelaris. He said they had been together for a long time.

They spawned for me, a few weeks ago but the eggs were not visible. This time around they spawned again and in a very visible location in the front of the tank. Here are some pics of this odd couple’s spawn. I know it probably offends some purists, but I am very curious as to what the resulting spawn will look like, so I am going to try to raise this batch if possible.”
