What causes SPS bleahing?

I've started with a few small frags that I've kept for the last four or five months. I run HO T-5 (4X39W) over the tank about three inches over the water. Everything is fine except for one frag its been bleaching for the last week. Why, need advise. Thanks

tons of things cause sps "bleaching". that's what makes it so fun

temperature swings, alkalinity swings, too much light, the list goes on!!

when my tank hit 87!!!!! yes..i said 87!!!!! 3 of my sps bleached.. = ( but now my trusty lil 1 /10 hp chiller is keeping all temps in check!!
