+1 on what inferno said i like mto see no more then 5x turnover thru a sump.

Rich your the man, so I just need another 12" high baffle with a 2" X 2 and 13/16" corner cut out, id love to come down and have you help with these but its a bit of a drive, especially since my car is still in the shop from the accident the other day, how tough do you think it would be to cut my own corner out? I had the baffles cut at Lowes and im hoping they'll cut the corner out for me but if not ill figure out a way

Hey Rich would there be any problem if I left out the 8" baffle? I can put it in if there would be one, but its kinda tight quarters in there haha

no that baffle has to stay, that regulates your water level, what you can do is move evrything to the front by 3/4".

All baffles are in place and curing! Bought my return pump this morning and going to Home Depot tonight to buy the plumbing materials ill need for the return plumbing, when I get home Ill post a pic of the sump!

You might have to redo it, I think you are going to have leaks, tomorrow try to leak test every chamber and see if water goes thru the seams.

home depot sells, a product name skiller its used for finishing silicone really nice. u should use it and redo the sump....to provent any leaks in the future and finish the silicone nicely with no mess...

yeah ill check, only one I was able to check was the Fuge, which was fine, but ive gotta wait for tomorrow to check the rest
