What lighting are you running? I've found acans to be tough to keep with T5 and LEDs, but only when they're too strong. Moving acans to a shaded spot has helped.

However, if your scolies and brains are doing well, it might not be light-related.

I was going to ask about lighting as well.. There could be chemical warfare going on (someone correct me if I'm wrong) but some acans are finicky. Some of mine are constantly open and plump, then I have one frag that never seems to blow up.. I'm not too sure as of why... I kno that they like moderate flow to low in my tank..

Can you try to post a picture of your tank? This might help us figure out what's going on. Most of my acans are unhappy right now but I'm pretty sure I bleached them with my Radion.

Do you feed the acans?

I've heard that acans like dirty water. For about a month I had a goniopora that I kept in 0 nitrates in my nano, never opened, traded it to another guy this morning, his water had 40+ nitrates and it was opening in a hour.

You're not going to find an answer like "acans xyznh, so you need to do cvbm," then you do take that action and it works right away. It can be very difficult to find one cause of a corals poor health.

That said, the pictures you provided make it tough to see what's going on, but most of the corals look like they're getting too much light. I would first try to reduce the light (turn them down and or raise the fixtures up) and also try spot feeding. If acans are bleached, they need to be shaded, and can take a few weeks/months to color back up (if they do at all).

In the meantime, keep the water parameters on point and observe your tank. Good luck.

Are you carbon dosing?

All my acans died at zero nitrates

Now with nitrates, the new acans are alive and well

The process by which you are keeping your phos and nitrate at zero could also be killing your acans
