Where does everyone dump there skimmate

The reason i ask is because i have a septic tank in my house and don't want that smell lingering around

It gets dumped down into my septic tank too. If you're getting smell from your skimmate being dumped into your septic, then you're also getting some 'other' smells . At that point, the skimmate smell is the least of your plumbing problems.

mine goes down the kitchen sink, it's where I wash the skimmer cup.

So you rinse the chunks out of the skimmer neck in toilet water? That's a lot more disgusting than using the sink my friend.

The skimmate is only the 'nice' part of cleaning the collection cup.
