Well that's your opinion and mine is mine. I would say similar about any other company if I felt that way (and have about world wide pet supply) and harbor (no pun intended) no ill feelings towards you or your company. Reason behind that being that my 2 cents is worth no more than yours, and vice versa. If I dislike something then I have the right to say it as you do and did. I and Basil63 gave our inputs on the subject and now being the business man you are you flame me, your choice, but honestly I don't care that much about this conversation to continue on about it so see ya.

This is different. You have no experience with me or my company whatsoever. Your "opinion" is baseless. Obviously you have "ill feelings" towards me and/or my company. If you don't, as you claim, then what was the point of your original post in the "What happened to Harbor Aquatics web site" in a forum like this in the first place? Such posts are usually made as an attempt to persuade others from not doing business with the company in question. Why pick on a company that you have never done business with just because their website doesn't show a daily updated inventory or because it doesn't look pleasing to you? That is bologna and borders on slanderous.

I never "flamed" you. A flame is "a rude or derogatory, often passionate, message aimed at someone else". I never did this to you.

Ok, everyone in this thread who has said something negative about Harbor needs to fax, scan and e-mail, or photocopy and mail me a copy of their receipt from the order they got from Harbor that they have a problem with. You can use the private messaging system on the board to request my address and/or fax number.

If you've never ordered from them, there is no reason to complain. Take your hypothetical and theoretical complaints, and hold on to them, until after you place your first order and see how it goes, or don't order, but then don't complain.

If, unrelated to any specific company, you would like to discuss your thoughts on business practices good and bad, well our Sump forum would be the perfect place for that.
