Ok, everyone in this thread who has said something negative about Harbor needs to fax, scan and e-mail, or photocopy and mail me a copy of their receipt from the order they got from Harbor that they have a problem with. You can use the private messaging system on the board to request my address and/or fax number.
If you've never ordered from them, there is no reason to complain. Take your hypothetical and theoretical complaints, and hold on to them, until after you place your first order and see how it goes, or don't order, but then don't complain.
If, unrelated to any specific company, you would like to discuss your thoughts on business practices good and bad, well our Sump forum would be the perfect place for that.
