I for one don't really care who uses my pictures, but for a retail to use your picture to represent their coral for sale is another thing. Just think, the piece of green acro you may be receiving is brown. Oh yeah, bought one of those before. It'll turn red. NOT!.

Chucker and CjD, thanks for the info's. Looks like this one may blow up in aquac's face if John R. decides legal action is necessary. Didn't they teach that back in junior high? The thing about plaigirism being kinda naughty. Seems some didn't go to class on more than one occasion.
Cj, As for me addressing this matter, I have no reason to, Contact Ron. he's the owner. And I am really sad that we live so far apart. I would really like to meet the "Man" behind the K/B. And by the way, you missed a few Boards. You missed aqualink, Reefland, and a few others. There are a few more places that you may vent. After all it seems like its the most important thing in your life, Well at least you spend a lot of Time keeping it going. As for being banned. Voice my concerns to who, Ron. Would be a waste of time. I was offered the position of manager a while back, maybe 7 or 8 months ago, and would have to leave my present job, but did not accept due to the fact that I would only be a worker and would not be able to make any descissions. i am very glad that I didn't take it. The every once in a while one day is enough.

albee. Im a bit confused. I have read all the aquacon threads but why are you defending illegal activities. Its theft plain and simple. Regardless if you have "say" or not, you should say something if you know the person in question.

I am in no way defending Illegal Issues. It was merely a discussion of that one pic, with the discussion of being able to prove ownership. thats where it started. As for illegal actions this is the only possible thing that may be illegal. We do not know the facts. Maybe CJ's friends picture was taken from Aquacon, Maybe Aquacon sold him that coral in 99. We don't know. How on earth can you condemn someone before all the proof is in. Not in My country. I feel you need to reread please. I do not condone what they do. And if this is proven than CJ's friend need to do whatever he need to. That is plain and simple, When I agree with people, they have so much hatred that they really don't listen. who was the first to tell one Reefcentral member who purchased from Aquacon to contact his CC company. I think you just dont care whats going on and find a need to Over post on an issue that seems to be cut and dry. Even if they sold him that coral, it would have changed a bit in a tank...so the fact is, it probably is this guys picture. If they did steal it, which seems highly likely, your attitude is one that seems to be uncaring.
At this point (and no Im not going to reread this nonsense anymore) I think you just want to post till everyone gets pissed off and all these aquacon posts get banned from the boards. Who knows really though besides you.

Anyone with slightly more observational talent then a piece of geology would instead notice the issues are different each time, and be amazed that any one company could find so many different ways to screw up.

CJ, You do what you need to do about Aquacon, I do however like your play on words. Any problem you have with them , Take it to them. Flapping lips here really wont do anything to them.
