I first got seahorses in 1973 as a kid. I've had at least one marine tank up and running for about 19 years. I started my first reef tank 7 years ago. I've also kept discus for about 12 years. I now have 6 tanks running from 30 to 200gals. Yes, I know it's crazy, my wife tells me all the time. " You spend too much time and money on those tanks" !!!

I smoked reefer in high school but not in a very long time so do I get to claim all the years from then untill now as experience?

I think an addition good poll question would be 'How much time do you speed on RDO?' I'm fairly new and racking up several hours a day- but I'd be willing to bet a lot of you sleep at the computer desk for 20 minutes a day inbetween your posts :lol:

I been Doing Reef and FOWLR tanks for about 3 1/2 yrs now. I still new stuff everyday. I have been in the service end of it for almost a yr now. I kind of hate the service end, cause it actually takes me out of the hobby. When I get home I don't want to look at my tanks, I have seen to many working. So I will be getting another job, Maybe go back to Plumbing.

Yeah, it's shocking. Kind of like coming out of a movie theatre in the middle of the day after sitting in the dark for 2 hours.
We need a "it starts in the sump, it stays in the sump" rule.
