I did feel a twinge of excitement when I saw a spaghetti worm in the corner, and another when I saw a mini brittle star crawling around.

If only I could afford someone to clean it for me.....

Glad I'm not the only one. My tank looks like crap right now. Hair algae on all the rocks, and back glass. I recently scraped a thick carpet of algae off the back glass and it helped. My lights are bad and I just ordered all new pc bulbs that should be in this weekend. I had been slacking on the water changes too so that wasn't helping. Need to install a new mag 9 and lifereef overflow and am planning some other upgrades. Surprisingly all the inhabitants are doing fine, just living in a ghetto tank right now.
My tank is in a basement rec room so someone is usually down there all the time to see it. I want to get it in shape before holiday visitors. :oops:
