This is funny, I was going to post an " I love Kasei " thread a couple of days ago.

Kasei's been one of the most generous people I've met on this board, Kedd is tied with him, but this is about Kasei, so...
The other day Kasei gave me a great deal on some equipment he had used for 6 months. It looked brand new, and was packed like it was never opened.

Anyway, Cheap, is definitely not one of the words I would use to describe Kasei.
The fact I have to write that is just weird to me. Sorry to whoever felt they did not get a good deal. knowing kasei if you had mentioned something he would have made the situation right.

Unfortunately when you deal with the public things like this will happen. There is no way to please everyone all the time. I'm a manager of a coffee shop a busy coffee shop and I must tell you I deal with this everyday and it all ways seem to be the same people. Some people go through life complaining and pointing fingers hoping they will get attention. I actually feel sorry for them dont the know there are better ways to get attention? Just the fact that you came here feeling bad asking for feed back from your clients shows that you are a caring responsible dealer who values your customers.

Kasei sucks. In the process of saving my multi thousand dollar reef while I was away, he polished off a bottle of scotch.

Come on Kasei, you're known as a great guy around here, definitely high on most people's list. The person feeling ripped off is misguided, lacks knowledge and probably a newbie who isn't going to be happy unless he gets everything for free. There are a lot of people like that around here. So I'll agree with Pierce's statement on the first page of this thread.

I'm really just messing around now. I have been exceptionally fortunate with the members I have dealt with being really good guys/gals or them being very tolerating of my screw ups (crox and latino come to mind)

How does the saying go, Jim? 95% of your problems come from 5% of your customers?
Either way, we've had disputes in the past. Usually the members settle their differences, look past it and go forward. Again, my experiences have been mostly positive.
