which btw i was told by scuba divers that the corals we keep are not natural colors that one would see in nature. i can't attest to that ....never dove.

that's true to an extend as I never went diving but the corals i've seen when snorkeling looks pretty bleh. mainly because there's no actinic only option for the sun, haha.
