No requirement to have frags to trade. We will be encouraging trading of corals between members but there will be more than plenty of corals to buy there

The usual price is $25 per ticket which entitles you to admission, 2 guest speakers, demonstrations, a HUGE amount of corals for sale, lunch, our auction and the great company of about 300 other reefers

to answer your questing, yea it basically is but most of the people who go are there for the "fish and coral eye candy", not regular "eye candy"

Yes, there is a cover charge, the same as you would pay to attend a similar event (but on a smaller scale) such as MACNA.
There are overhead costs to events like this as has already been explained on this thread.
There are no membership dues on MR.
Attendance at our swaps is optional although it's kinda hard to tell that due to all of the people who do show up swap after swap..and leave there with a big smile on their faces
