I don't have a problem giving a vendor (I only deal with a few) 3%- I buy 100 bucks worth of stuff and I pay 103? Not a big deal. But I'll tell ya if a vendor gives great prices hes not making much then minus 3% hundreds of times if they pay it for each sale- in this event there would be a lot fewer vendors giving those great prices because they'd go under.

The main vendor I deal with on here I consider more of a couple of friends that have always done me right, why not do right by them and throw them a couple of bucks.

Why not do what everyone does say its 103 in the first place not 100. You can also give cash discounts but you can not charge more for credit use. That is the law though it seems like a loophole to me LMAO

you can legally and without breaking any laws or ToS say its 103 if you pay cash its 100 but you can not say its 100 if you pay by credit its 103.

In the gas business you can, you need the appropriate signage to show the price difference, and must have credit or cash button on the pumps. We are closely monitored by weights and measures for that.

Here's my gripe:
For a $1300 transaction, seller request $39 additional for the PP fees and also requires you to send it as a personal/other transaction.

Didn't I get duped for the $39?

The seller should eat the 3% its not like they are paying rent on a storefront or even paying MR's insertion fees like EBAY applies for a listing so just silently include the 3% into the sale price or offer a cash discount and move along.

And I got 1 for you I will pay the 3% paypal fee when to give me a legit Reciept and pay uncle sam his instate sales tax you owe him c'mon already.

OK I see this has turned out to be a vender issue, but what about the average joe who is selling his items and the Lower baller's out there beat you in the head to drop your price lower than what you are asking and then want you to eat the paypal fees.

My personal take is if you want to pay with paypal and i didnt request it then you should pay the fee. Now if i know you are far away and you giving me the cash is not an option then fine i will eat the fee but pay me what i am asking for my stuff.

I watch a lot of members cry about not getting what they asked but they are one of the first one's trying not to pay you your asking price.

So lets be fair and start listing our forsale item as stated in this thread. Paypal price $103 cash price $100 for non vender members. Also vender get to write off paypal fees as an expense when filing taxes.
