6 t5 bulb too much for lps/softy?

If your worried about too much par, use blue+ in the last 2,and have the 2 bulbs go off when the 4 go on. Then back on when the 4 go off..that will give u your dusk/dawn and not over power the tank with light.

Actnic won't color thru the others.

I have the t5. While the shimmer and INTENSITY may not be there. Its def best to see everything colored up! I think it would be ideal to run ai sol blues with a 2 bulb t5 fixture with 2 purple plus in them.

Or the other way around run a t5 fixture with only blue plus and purple plus bulbs and add a an all white reefbrite for shimmer and intensity etc. It would help to be able to dim the white LEDS.
