75gal tank 4sale!

Hi everyone. I am selling my tank due to a move in my very near future. I have been trying on Craigs List but eveyone just asks questions about it and no one has been really serious yet (so far) so I decide to try on here.

There is 90 pounds of Kalini Tonga live rock, 250 pounds of live sand, 2 clown fish, a damsel, and a yellow tang. There is also a huge rock anemone a coral banded shrimp and a camelback shrimp (I think that is what it is called). THere is coraline algae EVERYWHERE. The hardware is......75 gal all glass tank with a 120 gal stand (got it bigger so the tank and stand does not have to be pulled out from the wall for the hang on back stuff), CPR overflow box, AquaC Remora protean skimmer, Current lighting system, UV sterilizer, 20 gal sump, 1100 gph return pump, a few other smaller powerheads, and all other little things you might need to maintain the system. I will even add in a 100gpd RO/DI system. I am thinking around $1000 and want to sell it as a whole.....

I do not want to part it out but if you do not want the equipment I would let the rock/livestock go as one.

I am in the miliraty and transfering soon so I need to sell this quick!

selling the tank as a package will be hard, just because most people here have tanks set up already.
If you make a list and price things separate it might sell faster than you expect. good luck

good point......I am mainly concerned with the rock and livestock. The rest can make the move. I was just going to use the $$$ from the sale to upgrade to a bigger tank. LOL

How does $450 for the rock and all the critters sound?

crapola! I dunno! maybe $350...but the rock and fish have to go first! LOL

protein skimmer works awsome...maybe $150 if sold seperatly....

the light is a current USA 4x65 I think...I dont remember LOL and needs a ballast for the actinic (i think thats the problem)....$100....

I have never sold any tank equipment so I dont know what a good price is LOL

lets try 350 for the rock and livestock.....2 clowns (one false one true...had them both since they were tiny)....yellow tang...yellow tailed damsel....big rock anenome...the 2 shrimp...and 2 big brittle stars.....oh yea...some snails and crabs too....

I can move the tank and equipment...but cant take the rock and critters!!!!!

$3.50 per pound for the rock.....it is actually really nice rock.....right around 90 pounds

ummm..RO $100
Skimmer $180 (its the remora pro w/ mag 3 pump and the surface skimming box...I did nto rememebr what one I had on the 75 gal)
overflow $50...the sump is just a 20 gal tank so I will just throw that in! lol
