Yeah....people who buy it now, don't really care about the price. Stores going to have hard time find more yellow tang after they are sold, so not in their best interest to sell them cheap.
But u may ask what about the hobby. Stores are for profit, if they run as a hobbies, they will go down in no time. Don't try to kill our LFS. We don't have that many around in NY.

Wholesale? You need a business number.. I used to deal w a company and friends has some accounts to.
Facts petco losing all saltwater in manhattan except on 14th street.
and i know its still some on 52nd and 2nd ave but they barely have anything!
i miss petland even tho was just as bad but they had a lot of different things

Absolutely but when I got into i was ordering non stop.. torches are like 80 bucks and sell 300 plus lol.
now I’m paying a lot more from hobbiest
Yellow tangs are being aquacultured now it’s not like you can’t get them anymore.

complete shutdown until studies are done. That might take 2-3 years hopefully much sooner. Yellow tangs were $12 wholesale when i first opened 5 years ago.
The ‘15 lb’ weight refers to the shipping weight of the fish in a bag of water.
