60G AIO Setup

Hey,

Selling a 60G AIO setup (tank, stand, lights) for $450

You get a 1" acrylic aio tank very well made. The whole tank measures 49"*25"*19". The sump area is 12"*23" and the tank area is 33"*23". The bottom is 1/2" white acrylic and I added the overflow thats in the designs but not in the actually pictures.





Here is the stand, its 2" square steel tubing 1/8" thick. It has recently be repainted with white appliance epoxy. There are 2 attachments (shown in the last pic) on one of the long sides where you can attach square tubing to hang lights. Included are 2 L brackets made from 1" square tubing with a stainless steel rod to connect them and hold lights.





A 36" pfo pendant for 1 SE socket and 2 36" vho bulbs (no bulbs included). Has 2 icecap fans.

is this a brand new tank as pictured or has it been run? how long? (concerned about lack of bracing, to be honest). any scratches?

who made it? what kind of acrylic?

very cool setup, and with such a clean build it has some incredible potential. love the dimensions too!

I know the seller (as do MANY people here on MR). I will step forward and HIGHLY recommend this tank. Take note, the tank is built with 1" (that's a FULL one inch) of acrylic. That is waaaay overbuilt. Paul built it this way so that he wouldn't need any euro bracing. As a matter of fact he could have done it with much less than 1" acrylic. But knowing Paul he overbuilt it to totally negate any question about it failing.

Rest easy is my point here.

I can't answer whether or not it's still new. I'm sure Paul will chime in.

i have to flake, errr i mean back out already. wifey nixed the idea of an open top tank because we have a toddler and infants who will be crawling soon... so SORRY.

however, it's a gorgeous tank and it looks well constructed. if you know where i might be able to order something like this custom with a hood, please let me know.

Russ - Thanks for the words, I appreciate it.

MrAnderson - It was used for several months. I made it, its made very well but I realized I really don't have room for a 4' tank. Its made from cyro cast acrylic, the sides are 1", the bottom is 1/2" white. I made the tank to match the 4' stand.

Rareclownfishnj - I just threw in the light. I was going to sell the tank and stand for $450 and decided to get rid of the hood because someone on this site gave me a good deal for it and I like to pay it forward. Its the same pfo hood that costs $380 on premium aquatics. The inside is in great shape, I repainted the outside white to go with my theme but if I was keeping it I would get some $10 appliance epoxy spray paint and go over it again for whatever color is wanted. The light is an awesome deal.

If the setup isn't sold by tomorrow its going into storage. Once its in storage the price will increase because of the added costs.
