Hi wingo, calm down. lol.
Let me try to clear this up. Couple of people had asked me what wattage are on my leds, so i did a test on a kilawatt meter. While I was at it, i remembered I bought one from you while back, and tested it too. Those were the results, all real. Just thought people like to know instead of guessing or believing on what sellers claims. If u like, i can even do the test in front of you. I am fair, I would never try to deceive people by claiming this or that just to make a sale.
How about this from you.
The 96LEDs are using .01W LEDs so a total 9.65W each strip and thus you should use something slighhtly higher. A REGULATED 1000ma 12V ac/dc adapter is good.
Most of the strip light on th market uses 0.005W LEDs and thus 144 LEDs are ~7W and 120 is 6W
You are implying other length LEDs are weaker, and yours is more powerful, where are u getting this from? and do you have proof? Bashing your competitors products and making yours look good is right or proper moral to you then?
I wouldnt have tested yours if i didnt read this on your thread. Just wanted find to out what the datas are on all of them. Sorry maybe I should have just kept it to myself and claim stuff just to hype up my sale as well.
Well, I do tested couple other 144 and 120 LEDs but not in your length from ebay that customer brought over to compare. Those do come with 0.005W LEDs. NOTE: I never mention yours are made of any kind because I NEVER see one of yours. Yours may be 0.01W LEDs or whatever, only you know. NOTE: my statements in my selling thread are never directed at you nor ever mentioned about you as I try to avoid direct comparison with a friendly competitor. When I want to say something about you, I say it in your thread.
I definitely is bashing the ones that are using 0.005W while buyers are misled to think they are the 0.01W when they are comparing mine. If the seller state their wattage, or the raw LEDs in the proper manner, I would not bash them as their consumers will be educated to what they are buying properly. Some actually like to use the dimmer ones. NOT EVERYONE WANTS BRIGHTER ONES. People have complained some of mine being too bright for moonlight and go back to my 1x5 Moonlight Modules.
If your test meter told you the number is 6W with my 96LEDs, then let me give you two exit stratedgies:
1)The light is over drivened before and partially burn out now
2)Not knowing how to drive it right so the light is running at a state that it's not proper nor recommended.
Next time we meet in the swap, bring it over, I show you how to drive it properly. This is science and we should get it right.
To whom it may concern,
Yes, he is still my friend as he is a fun guy to be with and this has nothing to do with the business side of our thing. I am just stuck up with the strict code of engagement in conducting business.
