I'm not following..why would he throw away all the coral if he has a QT set up for this exact purpose? What's the point of the QT if you just throw frags out that have AEFW or some other bug?

I'd at least give it a shot in the QT tank.

It's a battle to beat them I would never feel safe putting them in my tank knowing they where on the coral at one time

Good luck with your fight its going to be a hard one keep is posted

Being that they where or looked like fresh cuts? If they where fresh cuts then there where probably no eggs layer yet. Also if u cover the cut part completely with glue u should have a problem with them hatching per say. I would let them heal up , then dip again. Don't go so overboard with the concentrations. Just a little over recommended should be fine. I'd wait say two weeks and see if anything else falls off them. If there is and they look really small I would deff keep them in qt for a while and see if there are any left and that all the eggs hatched and u have cleaned them completely.

That sounds like great advice.. I'm going to let them sit in there and retreat like u said and maybe they will color up in time.. I def won't be adding any for a good while for sure!

there are many people that live with them. some are the top people in reef keeping. i would name a few but not sure if they want to be publicly outed even though they are open about them at our reef club.

Since its too late and they are in my qt I'm just gonna watch them for a bit.. No idea if they will ever b introduced.. This is a good qt tank and I'm pissed that I may have to tear it down and start over! Thank god I have 2 qt tanks! it's always something man! I guess I'll end up buying a good amount of Sps and place it in my other qt tank .
