Yes, yes you do! So worth it. I was able to pull out my lights without having to take down my canopy. I wiped them down and cleared the dust from the fans just cause I could. Even feeding is soo much easier now.
So this has been a busy week. I hacked my ebay d120 and boy is it not the best thing I ever did! They are hooked to my reef angel and i set them up to do a parabola curve up to 60% for blue and 40% whites. I'm probably going to lower it a bit, but it's nice to have a more natural lighting cycle. I feel like i'm not cooking everything all day. Anyway the corals are looking great. I also setup my pumps to alternate in constant mode switching every 6 hours. Trying to use momentum to maximize flow and it seems to be working so far. Anyway here's an awesome side shot taken by the webcam.
I finally re-aqua scaped a bit today. It came out awesome. I broke apart my bleached macrophthalmia today. It just took up too much space. I will be putting up a thread soon. In the meantime, I'm looking forward to keeping my hands out of the tank and watching this thing take off.
That'll last another 2 days haha thanks man. Next job is to get that rack outta there and finish up my auto water change stuff and let this thing get on autopilot
