tank looks great... did you pinch a piece of PVC on that center return... that is a slick idea.... (a heat gun was used i imagine)

the anchor is great... I was thinking of the same thing... is it real or a replica....

Ben the camera is a Nikon coolpic 4600 and i have only started playing with it this afternoon. Of course it is not mine but the wifes birthday pressie for tommorrow AHEM :lol:
The anchor is fake but it looks so real. I was going to try and do an under pier type setup with the wooden legs etc, but i could not locate wood at which i felt 100% safe with. And happy holiday to you my friend (my second thanksgiving in this wonderful country)

The skimmer is a reef concept design with 2 beckett venturi's (1408's) The feed is a Gen x Mak4 external (1190 gals hr) with a large little giant running the recirculator and the other venturi. The feed venturi also is attached to a 300mg ozoniser/ redox/orp controller :wink:

The main sump with 2 x 1.5 inch supplys and drains for the second sump

The externals running the entire system. 3 gen x's and a little giant. Plus all the externals and both tanks are earthed.

The little giant which is the recirculaing pump on the skimmer which also draws air through a second becket venturi.

The main becket venturi which is a 1408 with a john guest fitting. This is also linked to a 300 mg ozoniser.

great work GT... did you toss sand in that huge sump.... or is it just water?
