Okay almost there need about 3 more days for the phosphates on this beautiful rock with high inorganic phosphates to get down to at least0.08 to match the old system.. No cycle happened thanks to my denitrifiers good bacteria being dosed daily to the rock after 18 water changes to strip the rock down.. The phosphates were at 3.50 2 months ago..

Some teaser pics of the rock in the tank 3/4 full with power heads that have been running for 1 month now.. and oh yeah Bob's Seagrass will be covering the whole bottom of the display.. Yeah that's my substrate,,lol.. Also some pics of the beast calcium reactor that has been keeping the Calcium and Alk at peak levels for about a month now while I have had to dose the sump that houses all the display's future inhabitants..
Keep in mind the two tanks are running just like that 2 tanks.. A soon as the levels match it's time to really play..

Fish line up as of today
2.5" Tenentti tang
2.5" Mustard tang
3" Fowleri tang (a beauty)
2.5" hybrid lavendar tang
2 1.5" scooter blennies
2 secret weapons.. I'll speak more about in a month to keep the colors on the coral showing instead of the super polyp extension I felt was a problem in the past:tongue1:
Plan on adding a 2.5" Archilles once the algae starts to grow in the display and that might complete the line up.. Stay tuned for the most perfectly orchestrated upgrade We've seen thus far:tongue1:,,lol..

Going sloooooowwww to prevent a nitrogen cycle, my denitrifier can't produce the amount of good bacteria keep up with 400 gallons all at once.. I would have to kill my sps and have a nitrate spike to need to have to use that much methanol to make enough of a good bacterial bloom. Metaphorically speaking,,,lol

Here's some return plumbing pics for you guys and girls.. These are the pre rock covering dry fit, so that the rock on the pipes are at the perfect level in the water.. I will allow one of them to come out of the water in case a hermit or a pod wants to sun bath,,lol.. Yes there will be eductors cleverly hidden in the tank.. They will be at the end of 5200gph.. As you can see there are 4 returns, I have a tee ball valve of down the line in the back in case I want more returns..
Why,,,, you asked.. This sytem will have no ugly powerheads and a lot of current..
