Tobin, is that pic of the electric service panel the panel for your whole house?? My sub-panel is bigger than that!

Very curious to see what those overflows will look like when complete. Should be a nice 'skin'.

Almost done with the drains still have to add rock to the top of the drain this should be the perfect angle.. I water tested in last night and the water level was perfect..
I use portland #3 cement, crushed coral, aragonite sand and about abig ziplock bag full of the pvc shreads from cutting all the plumbing on the last 2 builds last month.. The pvc shread's will make the coraline coverage a lot faster, aragocrete cover's in coraline faster the regular rock anyway.
Yes, Russ that is the box for my whole condo it's only 3 bedroom's.. A building also. I'm thinking about changing the whole box I will be adding 2 more breakers just for the tank this time around for now.. Also this is the bucket of cement, pvc shreads, crushe dcoral, and aragonite sand before water hits it.. Oh yeah there is one more secret ingredient:tongue1:

The pvc shreads I used on this rock will also make the rock more porous.. I will be adding this directly to the tank after soaking only 2 days in RO water...
As many of you know I have been doing it this way for a while now because of the benefits it has for the water, battling the Co2 in the calcium reactor giving my system a nice 8.20 to 8.30 range... It also helps coraline algae to get a strong hold in the tank... I've grown lot's of different colors in less than 2 months with total coverage of the rock..

Thanks closetfishgeek and Dom.. This build is costing an arm and a leg,,lol.. The old ass breakers I need to run 2 more lines to be dedicate to the tank are $32.99 each and that not even all the supplies needed to run 2 gfci,,lol.. These are the breakers.. I still have to break through these old ass poured walls 4in of plaster and wire mesh,,lol..

Tobin, that stuff looks good regardless of the fact that it'll grow coraline. Just a very ingenious way to hide internal overflows. Nice job.

Can't you change out your entire service panel? That thing is ancient. You should have lots of coraline coverage on it already
