Yeah lawyers fees are often included, but this is only in a situation in which you 1) Win and 2) the court/jury decides to award them. It is always a gamble. Pro-bono is always ideal (maybe not for me...).
I am certainly interested in this. I just met a guy this morning at the LFS who ordered...
The amount of money he stands to gain is not worth cost of lawyer fees and the cost of discovery - which is unbelievably expensive in a case that is primarily internet contract based - and with a fraudulent company that most likely destroys as much as possible. I realize the defense usually...
I always thought that the ultimate question you have to ask yourself when bringing a lawsuit is "what do I have to gain?" In this case the answer is most likely nothing. Even if you can win this suit - it is a very expensive one.
Good luck.

In my opinion definately use a good wood glue, screws are way better than nails, 2x4 aren't neccessary but use them if it will help you sleep at night.
This stand was built using pocket screws and biscuit joints out of furniture grade yellow pine 1x's.
I work part-time in a seafood market. We sell lake smelts. They are freshwater not marine source. I am not sure if they would contain the same nutritional value as a marine source. I believe freshwater is dirtier than salt as more bacteria can survive. I am curious if marine fishes immune...
I would love to have more money to spend on lighting. However I am a college student and will be living off of loans for the next 3 years as I attend law school. Anyone else?
I am still trying to choose a lighting system for a 58 gallon oceanic aquarium.
I am interested in keeping mostly LPS and some softies and perhaps an easier clam eventually. The tank is 36"x18"x21" tall. I will not be hanging the pendant.
I recently purchased an Oceanic 58 gallon reef ready aquarium to be set up as my next salt water tank. The dimensions of than are 36x18x21 and I am trying to find a lighting pendant that will work for the tank. The tank will not have a canopy and will more than likely be located in my bedroom...
I have a pair of true perculas. They sleep at the surface of the water and fight the flow all night. One swims mostly upright but the other is always laying on his side and I hear him flopping at the surface sometimes in the middle of the night. A few times I have gotten concerned and shown a...
I honestly have no interest in seeing Len's tank. If it's not nice enough for him to want to show, then it certainly isn't good enough to be blessed by the opinion I will form upon viewing it.
Who cares.

I was recently considering purchasing a long nose hawk about the same size as the one you have in mind. According to my lfs he will eat shrimp of any size by digging his mouth down into them. I wouldn't try it if it were up to me.
Ok. It seemed a little odd to me as the brain in no way resembles an anemone, she seems to have no interest in the frogspawn what so ever. But I guess it is ultimately up to her. Thanks for the responses.
