I decided to replace all of the silicone with black since I had it.. I also wanted some added confidence in the tank also pics in a hour..

New silicone job on the tank..

New, old, space between the glass, and a comparison shot...
Sorry the glass is still dirty.. But where I silicone cleaned well as it is suppossed to be done.. I have only put one coat of silicone but plan on putting a second to round the corners so I don't slit my wrist while cleaning the glass,,lol.. But not really funny..

Siliconing the last side today water later this week.. Siliconing the hole tank has been a major set back.. I'm now also looking for about 100 lbs of base rock..

Don't want any rock that will give off any type of level.. I just want it to have to colonize with good bacteria which my denitrifier will produce...

See the brown cushiony stuff in my denitrifier, that's instant cycle.. I have used this bacteria to cycle a lot of tanks.. Just by dosing the tank with new water and rock every 8 hours with 2 salifert syringe fulls of this bacteria..
This is why I want base rock and not marco or dried up old live rock.. No hitch hikers just the ones I want in this setup.. Thus forth "The perfect setup",,,lol...
