DIY Plywood Tank, Sump, Frag Tank.......

Thanks Vito, I just try to work on this light every evening for at least the time we are watching kids and I am watching and working on this fixture. Yesterday I was able to connect all he led's in series of 14 and there are 6 channels. Tonight I will try to mount the LDD drivers on the Board that I bought from Coralux.com and then connect them.

I was thinking about getting those but they are not wide enough I wanted to have 5 rows of led and possibility of adding 6th row in future if needed but makers heat sink does not have that option. They are pretty neat looking but does not provide much flexibility..

Hey guys so this past weekend We went to NERAC and we had great time there and met hobbyist there, vendors had great frags tanks and all the goodies and I bought some Marco rock and shelves from Mark and he is a great person and very fair. I was able to do aquascaping in my tank and add some sand. Progress is slow but we are getting there. These are the pics of the aquascaping that I did this past Saturday after we came back from the event...

Yesterday me and my friend James hanged the light on the tank and let me tell you, this heat sink is not light and this is not one man job. But thanks to my friend James who came up with great idea and now we have the light on the tank in a way I can adjust the height of the light because his plan includes rollers. I was able to add led grow lights on both refugiums. Today tank is being filled with RO water and I am going to add salt and turn on the pumps.. Will post some pics later today

Salt added water is circulating and heater is in...Tomorrow I will add three shrimps from and let the cycle begin, Light is up and running and I love the color temp... I will post more pictures...
