Hello Marc,
I am a customer service representative assigned to your email inquiry regarding your defective 90g Perfecto tank.
Please be aware of our sincere concern regarding your experience with our product and know we will work with you to ensure your issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
To begin this process we will require the following to be able to validate your warranty on your purchase:
1. A copy of your sales receipt for the tank and the stand you maintained the tank on.
2. Your contact information, including home address and a convenient phone number
3. I just received an email including a photo of the tank itself, so that won't be required!
Please forward this information as soon as possible and we can begin the process of validating your warranty for possible tank replacement. Also know that if you have receipts for the livestock you have lost, pictures of the damaged flooring, sofa, laptop, etc. we could, once your warranty is validated, submit a claim to our liability insurance company for potential reimbursement for some or all of these damages as well.
