I just went to the site like you mentioned. I think you mentioned it on page 1 or 2 of this thread. I said for local pickup (so there's no delivery charge added), then I put in comments that it's part of your MR group buy.

Anyone can do what I did. Just go to the link I posted above. Click add to cart. Then checkout (unless you want to add other items into your cart). Fill out his registration page. Click submit. Under comments just say it's part of the MR order. He emailed me a confirmation that one is put aside for me.

Pretty easy. Just not as simple as paypaling him though.
