Yes, there have been reformulations and even new brands introduced since this project was initiated and initial samples collected back in March 2003 but the project's managers have assured us that they have included recently acquired samples in the testing.

Perhaps the test results will identify the date each sample was acquired so that the results will have some meaning?

Supposedly the data has been back from the lab since late October ... even if partial, or just the data - isn't it time to let everyone who contributed in on the data?

Two months have passed since it was said that the results were back from the lab. Have you heard anything? Will I have to visit Matt and Tom in NH to find out what the problem is?

I think there are more than enough reefers who would be happy to learn enough to understand the raw data ... if they have that - how about they post it?

The raw data should be e-mailed to the contributers. The rest of us should be able to wait if need be.

I e-mailed Matt on Dec 30th and haven't received a reply either. Since no information or updates regarding this project have been provided recently, I'm assuming this project is effectively "shelved". From a project management perspective, this project can be classified as a failure.

Jeez. Matt has enough time to talk about the stars. I'm tempted but I guess it would be bad form to go on there and ask him about our salt study.

chill guys, aint the end of the world. Im sure they have other things to do, it hasnt been shelved. Matts working on it, I wouldnt want to be the one to have to write all that data up.

2 years more than enough time, and i read in an earlier post how matt turned the project over to someone else becsause he was worried about some legal BS with a particular salt company. If YOU read thru this post you will clearly see LOT of "delays" and a LOT of "results on the way" but very little results TIME to Get offt the POT and give these people what they paid for. I Wonder would YOU tolerate this level of service from a company you were buying live rock or corals from?? excuse after excuse and no service AFTER you have paid. I seriously doubt it, WHAT is the hold up this time!???
