HEY!! that's the plant I have in my tank!! Mine has grown nicely over the years without ever taking over the tank and every once in a while it fluoresces.

I have really mixed success with shrooms... they ether multiply like weeds and thrive or they just never adapt to the tank and slowly die out.

I bought a rock from Jeff's with some kind of plant a few years ago and haven't had any problems with it. It looks kind of like the Serrated Caulerpa only red. A few times a year it fluoresces and looks really great. My fish don't seem to touch it much unless there really hungry.

I agree my hermits don't bother my corals but are constantly killing my snails and each other. One large LH hermit even killed my peppermint shrimp. The only hermits that don't seem to kill each other or the snails are the scarlets.

If everything except algee is growing and multiplying then I'm happy.
